Works good here, things to try: 1. Check your upload speed-both the ISP and your camera settings. Try adjusting your substream per camera to low (if you have 8 cams at 256k ea. And you only have 512k up, all 8 won't work) 2. Wi-Fi works, Data doesn't - Some phone providers block certain ports to reduce network traffic. See if they're blocking, or use a different port. 3. Per another commenter, try changing your Streaming Media Protocol, set to either 2 or 3, see if helps.

Well. I have to say there are a lot of ppl out there who are NOT technically inclined hence the bad reviews. I have installed every system on the market and this one is by far one of the top of the list. I think it's easy for low IQ ppl who shouldn't own an advanced system in the first place to get frustrated quickly. But those people should stick to the amazon specials and purchase your cookie cutting Wi-Fi garbage that you can actually understand

Fix this App. It is impossible to change the configuration settings of each camera while on the app. Neither the video nor audio. The old camera app (Xmas) was able to do all of this.

This app is a complete waste of time. We haven't been able to receive alarm notifications for over a month. We have to close & reopen the app several times a day to access live view. Highly recommend not going with this app.

So many bugs are there. After addding device (DVR/NVR), I am not able to select the device for live view and playback. Kindly fix and update.

My app does not work when I'm away from my home. The point is to view the cameras when I'm AWAY. Who can fix this!? This is ridiculous.
