I rely on the gctd to get back and forth to work. I'm really worried that this new system isn't going to be as reliable as the fixed route system. As of today I know I can get on the bus at 630am and be at my destination by 715am, give or take a few minutes. But with the new system how long am I going to have to wait for a bus or whatever vehicle to show up. I really hope this works out.

Never can get rides on certain days as it always says out of network when it takes me to same location every morning I have to set up 5 days in advance and after 2 days all set it will not do next 2 days saying out of network or no driver to busy

Since the routes stopped, and now you have to use the app to try to get a bus, and now they are always busy or something. I have not been able to get a ride several times, and now it's useless for me to even try, it's only been a huge waste of time every time. Before I could just go to the bus stop and get a ride anytime I needed to get somewhere. I'm praying that hopefully something gets better, I'm sure I'm not the only person that needs rides constantly. Every day, I try with no luck on a ride...
