My QID has been expired and after renewing RP, I uploaded my new QID through the PROFILE option of GULF EXCHANGE APP and still after 3 months, I can't use the application as it shows error YOUR ACCOUNT IS UNDER PROCESS. I call their customer care numbers 44383293 - 44383294 many times may be more than 20 times to solve the issue but no use. Still the same thing is going on. Are you people mocking customers with your application? If not possible to update the renewed ID then what use it is
