★★☆☆☆ It's seen improvements over the years, but still has some more or less glaring shortcomings: - Messages from the bank cannot be read in the app. In particular, not even warnings if funds are missing from an account. Don't you think this is a fairly urgent piece of information to provide a customer with, instead of just popping up a notification that you have a message you have to go elsewhere to read?! - Inconsistencies and inefficiencies: upcoming transactions can be reviewed on one screen, but for historical transactions, you have to go to each separate account, forgetting what you saw in others. - The arbitrary separation of account transactions vs card transactions: that's a technical detail that few if any customers care about seeing in separate lists. Yet more clicks to get to the information. - No ability to filter on transactions from multiple accounts, date ranges or descriptions, and poor use of screen real estate when presenting the information. - The economy overview is a reasonably good idea, but only halfway executed. Have you e.g. considered the use case of living in a relationship with partly shared, partly separate accounts? Allowing separate profiles with different sets of accounts would help a lot, especially if you could also apply filter conditions separate for those profiles. The economy should be integrated better with the account overviews: graphs and filtering are equally important. - Last but not least, the vacuum tight seals between the app and the website, which seem to be competing with rather than complementing each other. My economy is really a function that should have been prioritized for the website first, with better abilities to pinpoint and interact with data. Some UEX reviews should be helpful. If you also implement the suggestions.
