Great app, breaks down handstands into smaller skills that can be practiced in short videos. I enjoy it much more than scrolling through YouTube or Instagram looking for handstand videos, but ultimately getting distracted and sidetracked every time. Kyle Weiger's app provides a quiet focus space to work on handstands with no other distractions. His instructions are clear and friendly. What I wish the app had - a clear way to diagnose the "bottleneck" skill needed for each student.

I did Kyle's online class (same as the app) and an in-person workshop with him. Great drills to getting to handstand! It isn't free, but then again it's a full on course, so I don't quite understand why anyone would expect but to be 🤷🏻♀️

Kyle is great! I've been playing sports and doing yoga for most of my life, but for whatever reason, kicking up to the wall has always been my nemesis until I took one class with Kyle. Now after being consistent with a practice that I found through his program, I'm not just kicking up, I can also cartwheel onto the wall or press up with control from hands already on the floor. Something that makes my inner child extremely happy and also adds to my performance arsenal as an aerialist!

Kyle explains everything really well. I was not able to do a handstand at all when I started, and now I can do a handstand off the wall for a few seconds. This all at the humble age of 52. And it is a lot of fun!!!

Very boring and unhelpful. Wanted to learn how to headstand, it didn't help.

Literally everything except the "welcome" video costs money. Would have been nice to know that before downloading. After spending less than 10 min clicking on every single class shown only to have every one take me to a page asking me to pay to unlock, I am uninstalling the app. Worthless unless you are willing to pay for a membership. And not exactly a cheap one either. Too bad.
