★★★★★ Both the app and the vets at Pruyn are pretty fkn awesome. Benefits-Being able to schedule appointments easily/reorder prescriptions. Having all your pet info/appointments, and upcoming appointments available on one app. Easy to use for sure. A few ideas-Add a feature that explains the difference between Care Plans and insurance. Add a section that educates you on pets, illnesses, animals in vehicles during summer, ECT. Add a feature that can compare different insurance plans.

★★☆☆☆ Our vet switched to this from another app, and it's a major downgrade. Biggest issue is the lack of vaccination records...

★★☆☆☆ Went through reset password process. After email was verified, no navigation to actually reset the password anywhere - dead end. Tried logging in with verified email and code for email verification as the pass & received 'account not found'. Reacting to that, app hung on new acct creation after changing email when prompted. Setup sucks!

★★☆☆☆ Cannot get account started. Tried to install on my computer, and it says I already have it on my phone. Yes, it's on my phone, but I can't get past trying to set up a password!
