Great game, unique and fun. My main complaint is that the online play function is broken, and it only works as pass and play.

No doublt this is similar to Paperback. I like the mechanic for using any
cards as wilds. The push your luck mechanic also work well. But the Genre
cards are what break this game for me. Very often it becomes who can
cumulate the same genre cards fastest win the game kind of scenario.
Doesn't really matter if you spell any long impressive words because a
3-letter word of the same genre can worth 10 stars. And if your opponent
can spell 3 or 4 of those you lose. Other than that, I think it is a fun
game, and it is different enough from Paperback. But I think Paperback is
more fair. By the way, can developer please add an undo function to buying
ink please? Sometimes I wanted to sell ink but pressed the wrong button for
buying instead. Can't seem to find a way to undo that.

Like 2 years after my original review and there are still large periods of time when no online games will appear and if I log out and try to log in, I get a "generic error" and can't log back in. I'm annoyed that I've paid for this and can't play with actual people. When it's not your turn, you can't open that game to see what you most recently did. When people stop playing there's no way to continue with AI or push a notification to them. So it just sits there.

Sadly broken by the Android 13 update on my Pixel 4a, it will now only launch into a black screen. Hopefully this can be fixed soon. Will happily update this when it does get fixed, this is (was) my go-to game on my phone.
