The only problem I have is that you can't change the information on your bill pays. It really makes no sense. You can change the payees address but not the billing account number.

Easy to use, and helpful access to have available on the go.

The old app was much more user-friendly and offered more details on your accounts, like the running total of your balance after each transaction. You're not able to rearrange which account you'd like to see first, so I have to scroll to the bottom to see checking. You have to verify your credentials EVERY SINGLE TIME you log in. What's the point of the fingerprint verification option? This app is horrible in comparison to the old version. I'm not sure why they always mess up a good thing.

I have to log into it every time to be able to use biometric log-in. Why? Defeats the whole thing. Total pain to use. Old version was way better.
