★★★★★ A brilliant taxi company to use all their drivers and the staff handling the phone inquiries are so polite and well-spoken. They are 100% Pure excellent to customers.

★★☆☆☆ Great when it works. The old app was better. It's 50/50 whether bookings work - for both cash and card. Also, if you make one mistake like picking an expired card, it tells you but doesn't let you correct it and select the correct card. You just need to give up and phone the office.

★★☆☆☆ All because of one football game and no driver available local that a joke can get a taxi

★★☆☆☆ Even if you pre-book a taxi it'll still show up 25 minutes late. Drivers accept your booking then decide they don't want it anymore making you late to whatever you're going too. Don't recommend using

★★☆☆☆ Shockingly bad. Book a car and they either arrive 20 minutes early or late. Phone the operator and they are nothing but rude.
