I absolutely love my new Haven Connect. It is easy to pair and easy to
manage. I also have to specifically point out the two-step verification of
the lock/unlock feature is awesome in that it prevents premature opening of
the door before the lock gate is actually down. Fantastic features, look,
and feel of this app and product. It will make me sleep better at night
knowing that me and my family is safe. Thank you, Haven!

I love HAVEN app. Very helpful and easy to use wherever you are in your home sitting relaxing enjoying your family or visitor company, it will answer to lock up or open your door house entrance. It's very important for your family and yours security. It's very lovely and strong locker. Truly I recommend it to everyone who likes to be safe specifically from thieves. ❤

Not a very well-thought-out user interface. Bluetooth's functionality is bizarre. Product updates do not load on Samsung devices as far as I can tell.

Not usable on my phone moto g7 play android 10. Takes several minutes to find unit w a few retries. Will show current lock stat but upon trying to change state it loses knowledge of unit. Rinse repeat. Does not matter if current state is locked or not. Unit is not plugged in for charging.

The app never connects to the haven connect. The key fob is the only option to open and close the lock. Good idea but awful app. Needs a new design

The app has crashed on my phone 43 times customer service blamed it on my phone then stop emailing love the lock hate the app
