Looking through the reviews I was starting to get a lil worried, but I didn't have any issues. I'm not sure if they fixed the issue or if it was due to user error, but I honestly really like these headphones. The app adds to the experience, imo bc you can change how the music sounds and change the level of noise cancelation. Not absolutely necessary to use the headphones tho.
