★★★★★ Most useless app I have ever seen in my life is this heritage bank for the past how many days naw I can't make transfer and I need some money urgently...just tryna fit it up huh very terrible apps can't even make transfer for some days

★★★★★ I think the app is now stable as at today 7/11/2023 everything is back to normal. I have been using the app for good 3 weeks now, and it's now stable. No more delays and errors in bank transfers. Kudos to HB for fixing the app issues that has been a problem for months now.

★★☆☆☆ Heritage bank please I beg of you try to make banking easy for your consumers this app is total trash I can't transfer I can't do anything except buy data and see my account balance. What is the use of an app if I can't do a proper transfer without either going to the bank or a POS stand. It's really the worst app I've ever used even the ussd is nonsense it's deducting money from my account, yet it doesn't transfer the money. A bunch of nonsense!

★★☆☆☆ This is the worst app ever used. If there's an emergency, things will spoil with this useless app. The bank needs to be scrapped completely.
