The team of Doctor is awesome but as far as apart from reception and procedure room staff, all general staff need a proper training on how to speak with customer and patient. They are acting like CEO of the hospital and handled things in very rudely and unprofessional manner. I am very much thankful to Dr. Nikhil Meta Sir and Dr. Shubham Sharma Mam, coz of them I am taking treatment here or otherwise the general staff is pathetic in behavior. Nursing staff of ICU and Emergency are also good.
