★★☆☆☆ Could not get this to work and then found I needed a Gmail account, which I don't have. Should have been clearer when I bought the tickets on my browser.

★★☆☆☆ Customer care service is pathetic of this app. Please be sure of bookings which you make. In case you want to cancel due to some emergency issues they won't help at all. I have faced an issue with one of my booking in Thailand. I booked for tiger park in phuket and somehow the book was made for next day, not sure because of technical glitch or what but when I got to know when I reached destination. They told to purchase a new ticket and then vendor will refund for cancellation. But nothing happ

★★☆☆☆ We bought 3 sets of USS tickets (admission ticket + express pass) but Readout only sent us the express pass tickets so that we can not enter the venue. We tried to contact support by email and call the local agent in Singapore but turned out there was no responses at all. We had to purchase new admission tickets to enter the venue. Totally ripped off. Better purchase directly to the venue and avoid this disreputable company.
