★★☆☆☆ Literally the worst application I've even seen in my life, I can't log in, it shows a message to unregister account on other devices even though I don't have the app on other devices, and it's just an infinite loop of login trial and unregister devices. Horrible.

★★☆☆☆ Med net Health Insurance is incredibly disappointing. Their approval process is unbearably slow, causing delays even for essential treatments. Customer service is abysmal and unhelpful, leaving you chasing answers. Unjust claim rejections are common, with reimbursements delayed unnecessarily. They lack empathy and urgency, adding stress instead of relief. Avoid Med net at all costs; they are unreliable and untrustworthy. Save your time, money, and peace of mind.
