Easy to install, easy to use receiving info. The only lack is that it's not that responsive when I wanted to complete documents on the app ! I don't know if it's related to my case only, or it's a general issue because I consider myself a tech person.

Not Working! I am trying to pay my bill through the app, and it won't let me. It says, oops! Try again later. Later on, it still doesn't work. It used to work, so what happened? They need to fire their IT person, obviously!!

The information from the website is different on the app. I'm able to upload documents but not able to see what's uploaded on the app; so I have to go back and forth between the website and the app. It's basically another place for DHS to mess things up and waste people's time. Instead of wasting resources creating an unusual app they might want to use their resources to bring their system up to date. It shouldn't take a representative 1 to 2 hours to update information for a family of 5.

Locked out of account because of a biometrics error. Had to change password on the website, but forgot that the app would also need its password changed behind the biometrics. No meaningful errors when trying to log in, until it was too late. PLEASE add an error message for wrong passwords in all cases, including biometrics.
