Bought 8 neostat Wi-Fi thermostats. Even though each thermostat is creating a Wi-Fi network and I can connect to them on my phone, app says no network found, so cannot pair any to the app. The res can and click here bottons do not seem to do anything. Thermostats do appear to be in pairing mode tried another android phone and same situation. Hopefully someone at heat miser will know why? Update: Location on phone needs to be on to fix above. Also disabled 5ghz on router to force it to connect to 2.4

Really easy to use, allows complete control of heating at home and from anywhere you have an Internet connection.

Had the app for a 4 year and works very well, paid for itself many times over as it is much easier to adjust the heating and hot water, works well with Google Assistant for turning heat on and off. The history info gives a lot of detail on how the heating system is working in your house. So yes, this is a great upgrade to my existing Heat miser system (along with The Neo Air hub and controllers).

App shows consistent lag refreshing UI after setting hold or standby, sometimes you need to set multiple times standby/hold before command it's really actioned. Interface is clumsy and typical of non-native apps, solid state mediocrity. Let's not talk about the thermostats which are ridiculously inaccurate and not fit for the purpose.

Where do I start? - to spend money on the entire setup, then a hub....to find the app is simply broken. - Load the app. Crashes - make a change. Crashes. - allows for addition of a thermostat using the hub. Sends you back to the homepage, try to add another and only gives you the option for the Wi-Fi thermostats, not those that require the hub...which it allowed me to set up 30 seconds beforehand. - then crashes unfair to accept customer money when the app which is key to system use, is broken.

The settings on this app constantly revert. The last couple of days my heating has been coming on because the thermostat has set itself back to 21c. I have to turn the thermostats of at the switch. This is summer, and I'm now paying for heating due to these thermostats. I will be in contact and asking you compensate for the wasted electricity.
