This app has become the foundation of my daily meditation practice. The guided meditations are inspiring and calming. The tone of Caitlin's voice is soothing and peaceful. This app is a great companion to her insightful book.

Nearly everything is locked without paid subscription including over half the meditations, daily meditation trackers and favorites. Even with the option for a free trial I believe there is far to much locked on the free basic version to not consider this money grabbing. With daily life getting more and more expensive I think it's kinda crummy for meditation apps to be charging so much for guided meditations.
