I am facing issue with product. But unable to connect with customer care. I have post product rating yesterday and after that today 30 June I got a call from live pure AC team. They asked me poor star rating. Isn't any specific reason. I have explained my reson to them. That person told me. I have forward your concern to my service team. They will respond you after 30 min. Otherwise, I will check with you. But unfortunately I did not receive any call from them. It's very bad impact on us.

After a recent update, it has a bug. It won't get automatic restart after high/low voltage cutoff with set range, even voltage return within set range. I need to restart it while pressing the power button on the app. Since yesterday, I have been facing an error with the device disconnected, even the device show connected with the Wi-Fi router. No, any support from the company.

There is option of displaying room temperature in AC, then it can also integrate with app. Both temperature should be visible, set temperature and actual temperature.
