★★☆☆☆ Awful app - just doesn't work! My order disappeared from the basket and I was then presented with a blank screen. Tried several times and then gave up. Phoned Hail sham instead, but the manager told me it was more than his job was worth to take the order over the phone! Uninstalled the app and went somewhere else for our takeaway tonight and will not try to order from Rustic again. Shame because we used to like their pizzas.....

★★☆☆☆ App stopped working a few months ago - my favorite and closest pizza place has lost a few orders as a result. I think it's specifically adding the collection offer to the basket that seems to break it. Realized today you can order via the website and that seems to work 🤞
