★★★★★ Observed improvement with new version of Application I am not sure if functionality of this App is check on regular basis or not. When we used it for first time experience was really good, but now not able to log in for whole week - always it pops error for OTP. Cylinder Booking is quick and few steps. It is better to use this Mobile App instead of booking online as online booking gives different errors and will not be able to complete booking. Booking with this Mobile App is quick and easy.

★★☆☆☆ Very worst app. I'm not able to pay online for my bharat gas booking. Since one hour I am trying to pay. Where is the hell option.

★★☆☆☆ The DOMESTIC PRICE of 14.2KG cylinder is showing Rs.855 when it is supposed to show Rs.810 in KERALA as on 11 OCTOBER 2024. I'm within 5 km of the agency. So they don't charge extra for delivery. Is this a glitch or something. There was NO NEWS ON DOMESTIC LPG PRICE INCREASE. WHY IS THE APP OVERCHARGING.PLS LOOK INTO IT ASAP

★★☆☆☆ I'm getting "Your device is not safe to run Hello BPCL application" & forcly closing without any information. I'm getting error last 7–8 months back so I uninstalled. Again when I installed today, getting same popup msg. Can you please let us know the reason?
