★★☆☆☆ Worst experience they don't have knowledge how to check the mail.I have paid excess amount. I requested for refund. On 7th Feb with account statement attachment. But they said they didn't receive mail attachment. Again I sent on 12th Feb for refund process. Still now they didn't pay back my refund. A new story is on ticket 17414728 that they have processed on 21st, and it will be credited with in 48 hrs or two working days. As the ICICI Bank is not working properly.

The send ECS thrice, even after the amount is updated they send ecs again and auto debit amount In one month 2 EMIs, When you call the customer care, There support explains you utter nonsense. They have no proper system that works. Also have useless collection team.
