Having the Hero available for my mom has truly been a blessing. She is no longer forgetting to take her meds, and she is 100% compliant. I take care of ordering her medicine and fill the Hero with her medications. This allows my mom to be responsible for the most important part and that is taking her medication on time and every day. The only negative feedback I have is it only holds 10 medications, and so my mom also has to have a medication pill box.

Before getting the hero machine, I had a difficult time remembering if I had already taken my controlled meds. I would run out of pain and anxiety meds early and went through withdrawals. Now, I'm always on time with these meds. I asked God for a "Hero" and he gave me a medication dispenser lol

Horrible management. The shut my machine because their inept management botched their agreement with their Medicare service provider. I can't tell what pills to remove, and need my meds. DON'T GET the Hero device! Danger!!! I cannot retrieve my medicine and nobody ever calls back!

BEWARE, they will raise the price unexpectedly. And it's not their problem you didn't know. Then say oh well that's not their problem." My PEOPLE are on a strict budget down to the penny. And they have over drafted the account. But that's not their problem. I've had this machine for 3 yrs. I tell everyone about this machine!!!!! NOT ANYMORE!!!!!!! I got my dad one. Was getting ready to get my mil one. NEVER ONCE HAVE I EVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH THIS MACHINE. UNTIL NOW. UNACCEPTABLE
