I would like to commend the exceptional performance of the app, which, in my opinion, surpasses that of other HMO applications I have previously encountered. I did not encounter any issues during the installation process of the Hey Phil application. I'm paying for this HMO for my dependents, so here's my experience. Tried online consultation and was able to talk to a doctor. We were told to wait for the prescription in the email. After an hour, someone from tech asked for my email, and it's almost 3hrs now but still no prescription. Seems they'll be taking their lunch breaks first before sending the prescription. I got a better experience from the other app. Users beware.

It says create LOA but once you check there is no LOA created. You try a hundred times, and it doesn't work.

I've been trying to log in to this app but since i sign up I can't get into the system. It always says incorrect username or password. I've tried asking for a new password but haven't received any email link. I've got only 1 email since then, the one with my log-in credentials. Please look into this issue because it will end up a waste of time promoting and installing this app when the user can't even use it.
