I give it a 2 for how simple it is to use, but as for it being correct, it is far from it. It will tell me that it's got an 80%+ chance of rain, even if it's 100% chance for several hours, and we won't get a drop, and it could be completely sunny, other days it will say it's clear and sunny, yet it's raining. The best you can get from this app is possibly having a laugh or watching the radar. Why people pay for this is beyond me.

Great info & radar but it just keeps freezing & can't move between pages. Can't even exit the app without shutting all my pages down.
