I had very bad experience with ur service. I booked a teleconferencing appointment in neurology paid said fee in advance. I got schedule 12 aug 2020 8:30AM as I tried to get connect with doctor ur app tell me that I can connect after 7 hours. At 4 PM I again try u flesh the message that we are connecting u to the doctor I have waited for more than one hour could'n get connected to anybody I send messages no reply. Really it was very frustrating experience and ultimately I couldn't get anything

Why there is an app of your hospital when it is of no use, OPD consultation not working, you can't get the schedule of Doctors etc. Nothing but a useless app
