I have been extremely happy with my History Extra App. I found it easy to use, easy to pick up the terms that are used & easy to save articles that I want to read later. There is so much information about so many different subjects that I have enough reading material for the rest of my life. There are subjects that I wouldn't have thought of reading but, put in front of you, you are intrigued to read them.

Got email inviting me to download and saying subscription upgraded Then can't get any content. I logged in as asked. If all content paywalled they should say before you download. Thought I had a free trial. If you don't have a paid sub then don't bother downloading

Paid for subscription. Cannot access. *Update to Developer's response: I have gone back and forth with your support team, giving them ALL of my account information and nothing was resolved. They didn't respond-didn't help. I paid for both the magazine and the digital history extra, but could not access either one. I tried everything-trying to reset my password, but didn't get the reset link; I put in my account info., but that didn't work. NOTHING WORKED. No one helped.
