★★★★★ New app stopped working on my phone, would not allow me to log in or do anything at all. Downloaded old app again and works perfect. Edited to add I emailed HKC, and they sorted the issues swiftly. Very happy with their response.

★★☆☆☆ I downloaded the new HKC app, and it will not communicate with the alarm system. I have tried deleting and reinstalling, but no joy. I have put back the old HKC app and it works fine. My problem will be when HKC retire the old app I will have no way to communicate with the alarm system when I am away from my house. Hopefully HKC will rectify this issue.

★★☆☆☆ The old app worked perfectly. This new version is terrible. It consistently won't connect, and it keeps giving me spurious unauthorized entry faults.
