It's quite easy to use. After selecting the taxi type, Google Pay. I don't know what to do. It should show the user that upon finishing the trip, the taxi driver will key in the amount for the user to confirm later.

The app and its functions are good. Many times though, taxi drivers just don't take the ride if it seems a shorter one.

Most orders not taken and expired. That is the problem of the taxi driver. Order taken by driver but then dropped after asking the customer for the tunnel to be used.

Unable to use the service as the app doesn't accept a foreign phone number to register.

The idea is great, but the amount of taxi drivers there pick the rides and always chooses uber over this app as it pays more. So ends up having to add tips or wait at least 30 mins for a taxi. Pretty useless at the end.

I used to love this app. Taxi drivers used to react to the ride orders really quickly in this app. Something must have happened because drivers have become non-responsive to this app despite we can see many available taxis are nearby.
