★★★★★ Good app for your kids pay using qr code, manage their own money and request for additional money. But this approval needs to be done via web. Would be nicer this can connect, or this pocket connect alse integrated inside parent's hlb connect app. Otherwise, I will give 5 stars.

★★★★★ Great initiative by HLB! Definitely spurred me to want to head to the branch to open a juniors account for my daughter! Only feedback is I wish I could play around with the app prior to opening a junior account just to get a feel of it...

★★☆☆☆ Bad application!!!! Bad customer service!!!! Unable login the account and keep getting error called customer service and keep told me is your ISP problem I tried few phone few ISP but still cannot log in

★★☆☆☆ Try to reset pin. But unable move on. Keep prompt the msg the pin is unlatch. Then stuck there forever.

★★☆☆☆ This app could have been better by providing more meaningful information message while accessing the app. I would suggest "The app is only eligible for kids between age 7 and 18" instead of "sorry, you are not eligible for register."

★★☆☆☆ Every time I put my pin it was correct, and it doesn't let me in, and I put forgot pin and reset it doesn't let me and said can't use the same pin I use but when I put the pin it doesn't let me in, and I put other pin it says new pin doesn't match I'm already repeated this 7 time
