It's a good app and supports a lot of functions built-in to the gimble. The one missing feature that keeps it from that fifth star for me is the ability to take snapshots while recording video. This is a standard feature through the Samsung camera app and is the one feature that keeps me from using the Ho hem Joy app as my main camera app. Allowing a button on the gimble to take snapshots while recording would be another major upgrade to the app and gimble.

I don't understand low Star reviews. I have been using this app, and I'm not an expert (yet). But! To my surprise, this is the first time I use a Gimbals"s app, and I don't hate it. All the gimbals I've used, their app is a complete sad mess. (At least for Android) heck! Sometimes even for iOS. Being able to at least record at 4K 60fps is great! And almost every feature is usable with my phone. It's going in the right direction and I hope it keeps getting better!! It isn't perfect but can be!

While using the Ho hem Joy app I stumbled upon the Editor mode with the templates to use with your videos. I do enjoy it, but I'm hoping there's an option to change the titles/wording to whatever the individual like. On one of the wording/titles its in English/Chinese front & center when playing the video back. This is not a good look for your own personal video. Is there an option to either change to your own wording or delete it altogether? If it is not, this is recommended in the next update.

Can't use the app always for functions video, time-lapse and slow motion. Keep show that "video recording failed" start from 31/12/23 until today 2/1/24 still can't use function video in my Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G. Other function Pano, Photo, Moment is no problem. Hope ho hem can fix the bug.

This app is trash!! It always freezes up when I open it! Could not open camera! I regret buying the ho hem steady m6! Just because of this good for nothing app! Fix this!

Works 100% on my samsung, but the problem is when I use the gimbals without the app when I use default camera app and press record button it's not recording or capturing photos but zooming instead
