★★★★★ A few glitches with your app on pharmacy end and calls from the pharmacist. So slow to get order done from you. Pharmacist was lovely.

★★★★★ Absolute convenience. Always on time. I'm very pleased with this service so much easier than driving to the Pharmacy and waiting. I can't remember when I last stood in line waiting for a prescription, I have now used Packapill for almost one year. They send reminder texts for my repeat scripts too.

★★☆☆☆ Hi, is there a way to contact Hola Health to double-check on delivery of meds that cannot be delivered because pharmacy has to order? On day of prearranged delivery, slow email reply... at least had one phone call... but no outcome...

★★☆☆☆ I don't usually leave reviews, but for this one I'll make an exception. I placed and order for my script for delivery, and have had some confusing communication back and forth on the process. Then when it came time to deliver nobody has showed up. I can't get hold of anyone, and even the pharmacies phone has been disconnected. Avoid like the plague. Also, the app is clunky, keeps crashing, and my camera doesn't work at all when attempting to upload a prescription.
