The app is simple to use and easy to access support if you need it. Admittedly bought the sim through the website and used the email instructions but the process of installing the sim is just as simple, (if not simpler) using the app. Holly itself is a very good service for unlimited data whilst abroad at a very competitive price. Please check your phone is compatible with eSims before buying one. Ensure to turn your mobile data/roaming off on your normal UK sim before you take off 👍✈️

Terrible app, and every time I ask for a refund because the eSim didn't work, the people keep closing the chat. I do not recommend people using this.

Permanent throttling after 6 days and 2,8 GB only. I chose Holly because of the "unlimited" data plan. Will change to other providers who keep what they promise. Also, the limitation on the hotspot data volume is really suboptimal.
