★★★★★ Advantage is convenience to access the gantry. Disadvantage is that scanning something takes a long time to detach our face ID. Overall I'm happy with it.😊

★★☆☆☆ Bad user experience. Keep crashing and drain battery. Added face ID but still get lock out of condo, the tech admin advised no face I'd record found. Shown screenshot of face ID creation confirmation, no further update from the admin. When I tried to cancel pending feedback to condo, keep hitting no record found. Buggy

★★☆☆☆ Doesn't work and the company behind it is horrible. The gates and notifications aren't working, delivery riders have so many cancelled deliveries or rerouted because they can't get intercom.
