My truck broke down last night on a Friday night transmission went out it's Saturday morning I'll call the 1-800 number they put me in contact with a Miss Bridget who I must say how forcing very, very pleasant she was very resilient very sweet very calm and did everything on her power to try to find me a tow at 7:00 in the morning when nobody's really up and open that early she actually made me feel a lot better cuz my truck is down, so she put me in a better mood and I told her I will call back

My wife and I got this roadside assistance through a car loan it's been a blessing!!! Between the battery charges, tows, running out of gas, even down to assistance with repairs we've had unexpectedly come up; it paid for itself the first 6 months. The only negative I can say is being in a rural area I always have to find my own provider then have FIMC call in order to complete the claim.

Tried downloading this app twice now, I can not get past the first initial screen, so I will be uninstalling this joke of an app. Funny how you pay so much to a big company, but they can't seem to provide an app that would actually work and make life for their customers a little more convenient.....
