I bought a 3 seater and 1 seater sofa with a recliner. The delivery was done well in time on 7th Sep'21, and also the fitting was done on the same day. The fitter Balmukund Vishwakarma explained briefly the instructions for careful handling of the furniture while shifting or moving. Overall a nice experience shopping with Hometown.

They delivered my product after 1 month they deny canceling the order when requested twice. Worst app Do not buy.

Never buy from hometown online. Anytime they will cancel your order and even will not refund your money back. Instead, buy from home center a lot safer.

Worry customer service, I bought a product that started falling apart within one month of installation, and they are taking 10 days to fix it.... Please don't buy from them... Bad service
