Great app to find used airsoft gear. Does what it's supposed to do. Only problem is everyone is selling used gear listing it as "BNIB" and have a $50 difference from actually listed pricing. In most cases, you're better off buying brand new, so you get the warranty and so on.

When I had a seller not send me part of what I ordered and then ghosted me. Hopup stepped in and refunded me the amount. I now trust them to always have my back, and would recommend them to anyone who is interested in anything related to airsoft!

Can I just have one real person buy the gun that I'm selling? Such incompetence on this website is actually annoying to the point that I'm starting to believe that this app is just made to make money and not help. 12 scammers had texted me the same thing "My card doesn't work on this app." Oh, but it works on PayPal or Cash App? How pathetic. The reason that I don't put trust in this type of platform, it's because you have scammers existing on the Popup app like little ants. How feeble.

I had an account on hopup that was doing pretty good, after I offered a trade to a couple of people hopup blocked my account. They gave me no explanation and now im fighting to get my account back because I had 300 dollars on the banking part. It is ridiculous that they blocked me with zero explanation or warning, and I am frustrated that I have now lost money on an app that I was supposed to be making money on. This is a disgrace to the airsoft community and to airsoft sellers in general.
