★★☆☆☆ This app sucks. It wants you to enter information, but then won't accept the information you enter. Tried using the telemedicine, and it got to a certain point and then would not go any further. I went back in and didn't put any information, and it finally took me to the payment information. But then that was it. It wouldn't let me put any payment information in, so I couldn't continue. Why put garbage like this out there? It makes your company look very incompetent.

★★☆☆☆ Now that I updated I can't log in. It keeps sending codes and when I put them in it says the code is invalid

★★☆☆☆ Impossible to sign in. Even with new insurance card. Find username just asks for a bunch of personal information and takes you back to log in with no user nsme or password. Feels like a scam.

★★☆☆☆ Often experience technical difficulties accessing information on app and telehealth is unable to.be accessed.
