★★★★★ Easy to use, but annoying can't book a class that you're on the waiting list for via the app when a space becomes available. Having to phone the center instead is not compatible with using the app

★★★★★ Well-made, fit for purpose. My only gripes are the less than stellar payment screen and the frequent notifications of class cancellations that have nothing to do with me. As a member booking classes and such is a breeze.

★★☆☆☆ I have downloaded the app, but it doesn't show me how to set up a password. And l can not log in Without a password I tried using my.(membership) Number. But that didn't work

★★☆☆☆ Since the update I have not been able to log on. You need to re-register and as I've forgotten my password have clicked on the link to reset it but am not getting the reset link sent to me.
