Very bad experience am I facing this payment in outlet. After made payment need wait to confirm payment from bunk owners. Some places not accept in Chennai. Totally failure wallet and company wasting money for this app development too.

Misleading information on website to force people download and sign up for this app. They removed option to change RMN from their portal and when you go to your profile on their portal they tell you to download the app to change the RMN. Once you are done downloading and signing up for this unwanted and almost useless app they don't allow you to change the RMN. When you ask the support team they say RMN can't be chanhed. I have screenshots, recording and proof on email. Thinking of filing a case

Worst application don't do any payments through this application. Just use for the refill booking only. Today i.e. on 5th February in the process of booking I paid the cylinder cost 855 have been deducted from my account through phoneme but what I'm seeing in the HP payment application is payment pending. After sometimes the transaction history it is not showing anything. Somehow I have taken the screenshot. Someone please help me to get my money back.
