★★☆☆☆ I have 2 of these Sprocket printers, and I am unable to get the app to pair up the printer to my mobile. I can pair the printer directly in Bluetooth area but when I try to connect printer, it tells me app is needed. I have the correct app, and it will not pair with mobile in the app. I have even tried the reset option and the factory restart option to no avail. I loved these printers up until this started.
