Show over substance. Nice clean display but very convoluted to navigate. Even just to check the cash balance is a chore to get to. Poor integration of functionality between the App and online platform. Can't even set up payment instructions over the weekend for execution during weekdays on top of daily reduced functions early morning hours for maintenance. Bank management think this is enhanced service of a PB account? Backward step for sake of being different from its high street banking app.

Junk app. Takes days to update transactions. Doesn't work with Xiaomi phones. Should learn from the app for HSBC PREMIER.
