When will HSBC get their notifications to work for this app. It's been years and still they only work (very) occasionally.

The app used to be brilliant but recently the app crashes and fails to open then a warning comes up to clear history and retry which doesn't cure it. I have restarted my phone clear cache data, and it still doesn't work. I rely alot on the app for my banking please sort it out UPDATE still as unreliable as ever it's like a temperamental cat some days it will load straight away then others it won't load and have to delete and re-install. Come on HSBC sort it out or admit it's useless

Impossible to deposit a check through the app! It crashes and makes it impossible to use. It makes everything so impossible if I have to use money I don't want to use it though you.
