★★★★★ I'm new to HubSpot but love the Excel contacts import and the business card scanner. I collected 64 cards at a conference, and it took about 15 minutes to get them in. Some cards had odd layouts, but it allowed for easy edits. I would say 80% were direct imports. I had an Excel sheet with 134 badge scans. Every column mapped into HubSpot, but it did not have a field for "Street Address Line 2" so it asked if I would like it to create it for me. It merged beautifully with my badge scans!

★★☆☆☆ Not working on android 15 will not allow you to sign in with Google

★★☆☆☆ Bilingual functionality with any language other than English is extremely limited. Overall 90% English/U.S. centric, clearly not meant to be used in other countries. Can't keep pics of scanned business cards on file. The database being free is a huge plus, and the basics work - but anything beyond typing a name into a field is subpar: can't enter local language name (e.g. JP characters for name or address).

★★☆☆☆ It would be excellent to have chats working again, it seems pretty often I have Hubspot hanging forever on "Sending" when trying to reply to chats that are time-sensitive.

★★☆☆☆ Can't use without having your own URL. I'm not to that point in my business yet, so this is pointless to sign up for

★★☆☆☆ Cannot log in with Google authentication with this error: sign in request canceled by hubspot. Help please. Galaxy S24+
