Well, very disappointed with the service tonight, asked if it was possible to pay by card. Was shouted at by the drive I want cash, no, cash he repeated. I said hang on a minute why you shouting. All I asked was can I pay by card or is it cash only. Very bad response. No wonder young people get upset with some Taxi drivers. I pay for taxi's by card all over the country. Maybe UBER are the best in the business, if not smarten up u independents. Don't allow your Drivers to shout at their customers

So many issues with this app. Can hardly ever book a taxi, and it sometimes declines my card due to SCA error?

Terrible. I booked a taxi 24 hrs in advance. 10 drivers refused the job at the actual time - you get messages telling you when It's found a driver for you, but they have the option to just refuse it and take another fare. Don't rely on it, it's not 24 service either, and if there is a big event in town it says it's impossible to book at that time. Waste of time. Plus, I did find the 3 rides I did book successfully, were all more expensive.
