★★★★★ I bought a day ticket, got charged €6.6, and it does not show up on the app. Pray for me that the tickets please guy does not appear today Otherwise pretty good app. Edit: I got my money back, tickets please guy did not catch me, and it only happened once. So I give it 4 stars. 1 star off for the Sorge😟 it caused me😌. But it's a great app, honestly.

★★★★★ Reasonably comprehensive "essential" for Hamburg Travel. Oddly I can't find any real time bus tracking: odd, because the German DB-owned bus companies in uk provide excellent real time bus tracking maps! Perhaps because hamburg buses are always on time? - though that seems unlikely somehow! Takes up a lot of precious memory on my phone, by any measure, especially when compared to similar regional apps elsewhere in Germany. To be fair though it does more things and better!

★★★★★ It worked perfectly until today - it seems tickets cannot be bought anymore, but only through hvv switch app? Why?

★★☆☆☆ Finding connections is working fine, a bit cluttered sometimes. Saving my payment options (a Danish Visa card) did not work, allegedly the card number is invalid. I used this card (or a similar one) last year and it was fine. Can't buy tickets in the app now 👎

★★☆☆☆ You need a German smartphone, if you want to buy a ticket. So this app is useless for foreigners. Also, to buy a 49 EURO Deutschland Ticket you are referred to the hvv-switch App, which does not work.
