The gray screen issue seems to have been fixed. Looks like a useful app.

I was having an issue with my system, but everything seems to be working again! Tech support was on the ball, trying to figure things out. I'm not exactly sure what went wrong nor what was fixed but with the bridge back in its original location, my readings have returned.

Keeps telling me I have the wrong username or password. Have checked and double-checked. App does not work. After developers contacted me, they fixed the bug. Working good now. Thanks.

Cannot read terms and conditions as the login flow times out after about 30 seconds and the pop-up closes. The gray screen issue has been resolved now. Cannot recheck T&C's since I've accepted already.

Just installed this the other day, and it flashes the main screen then just goes gray. Like, the entire screen is just a gray box. It's unusable.

Does not load. When I click Get Started, get an error message, and it redirects to the website login page.

So far, the app is obviously a work in progress. Which is fine. I'll come back to evaluate it again in the future. BC Hydro is a very competent, forward-thinking, and equitable company, so I'm sure it will be great someday. A note for its development, though ... The app wants information about your living space, but it doesn't allow for the option that you have zero dishwashers ... and, somehow, leaving the question unanswered categorizes your info as incomplete with 4/6 answered.
