Hi Team Hyper, I recently purchased Hyper Cloud lll for my iphone 15 pro max. so I downloaded Hyper INGENUITY to do some changes to my Hyper Cloud lll. When I opened Hyper INGENUITY it doesn't have any features for Hyper Cloud lll. I don't know why there isn't any feature for Hyper Cloud lll. Please Hyper team Add features for Hyper Cloud lll in Hyper INGENUITY in ios & android. Please I am begging you all, that feature will help a lot to use Hyper Cloud lll. Thank You.

There's only option to connect buds, how do I connect wired hyper cloud 3?

I want to give this a 5-star because I really like the buds. Use them for my phone with Bluetooth and my steam deck with 2.4ghz. The only issue I have is even if my buds are connected to my phone via Bluetooth the app will just not go past the splash screen and connect to the buds. I uninstalled tried again cleared cache and data, and it just won't connect. Is there anything I can do to fix this ?

It doesn't work. The start-up menu doesn't load or show its even think about loading. I just bought the Hyper Quad cast mic, and I'd like to be able to customize when 8 use it on my mobile phone. Extremely disappointed!

I can't modify my hyperX III using this app, my hyperX III on mobile is very bad, and obviously the company doesn't care.

Does not work. App will not progress past Hyper splash screen. Just bought a pair of Cloud Mix Buds, cannot access EQ settings, as the App is the only way to do this.

Doesn't work. After granting permissions the app is stuck on the hyper splash screen. Very disappointed with my could mix buds so far.
