The messages we hear every day helps to shape our lives. These hypnosis sessions provide positive messages. Even if someone isn't open to the power of suggestion, hearing these sessions will still provide positive thoughts for you. I've been using this app for the past 6 months or so. One of the best benefits is that it helps me fall asleep in about 5–10 minutes. I recommend at least trying it out.

Doesn't actually allow customization. In response to the developer: I'm not interested in your content. I was looking for an app where I could create and use my own. You don't really allow for that. So this isn't actually custom. Its self organization of a limited menu.

I'd give them zero Stars. Tried to cancel and didn't work now I got charged. After I was charged it cancelled. Bet they make a lot of money this way. I can't find any way to dispute charge. Don't do free trial.

Voices feel insincere. The male voice on the 2-person intro is unsettling. Need options for the intro.

Sadly, I'm very disappointed. I began using it almost religiously, with a significant number of customized sessions. The app glitched, I tried to reinstall it & lost EVERYTHING. I called support & there was nothing they could do. There were no warnings or documentation about this potential situation. I tried again, annoyingly having to record sessions external to the app. Now the inductions and background music are stat icky and fade in and out. It was great, but now I pay for an inferior app.
