★★★★★ This app really makes me more confident! And I love just opening my phone, and seeing a positive affirmation, makes my day!

★★★★★ I use I am app almost every morning. Every bit helps to keep those negative thoughts at bay. Lots of backgrounds to swoop you up and clear your mind for those few minutes I am lost in positive affirmations. My only frustration is when I'm up to my last affirmation I'm bombarded with a "congratulations message" when I want to just do more than the cap of 20. Maybe if this popped up like a little achievement popup up the top put of the way instead would be nice. Otherwise, this app is perfect thx

★★☆☆☆ I don't like how it is constantly sending you affirmations because they are not helpful if you are being constantly bombarded with them. They also seem very AI generated. They are all not very helpful. I think one affirmation a day works better for me but if you like constant affirmations then you will probably enjoy this app.

★★☆☆☆ The form to request a refund it doesn't work! (Conveniently). This practice is simply unfair. Why are you putting a form for request a refund if is useless?!

★★☆☆☆ Really. Toxic? The affirmation are not motivational at all, they're more forcing an opinion on how people "should" think. For instance "I embody the qualities I want to find in a partner." Is really strange, some of the quotes are more of pushing you to fit an idea more than boost you up. They make you more insecure than anything. Really weird! Gave me the ick immediately.
